Shipping Policy

Shirts:

Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus additional time for shipping based on your location. Tracking details will be sent once your order is on the way.

Kanes:

Kanes are shipped directly by our team. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days during high-volume periods. You will receive tracking information once your Kane has been shipped.

Mixed Orders:

If your order includes both a shirt and a Kane, they will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a mission-driven initiative, all sales are final. To ensure that proceeds directly support our Kane workshops, competitions, and cultural events, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. This policy helps us streamline operations and maximize impact.
