Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are handmade or made-to-order, which means each product is custom-crafted with care. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the item. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
At this time, we do not offer custom designs. All items are sold as seen on the website to streamline our production process and keep our focus on general fundraising for Project PUAK initiatives.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they’re with the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the postal service, and we can assist with any info they might need.
